Michael Jackson’s Last House Up For Sale

The Holmby Hills mansion Michael Jackson last lived and died in is up for sale. Jackson was renting it at $100,000 a month. With failed attempts to sell the mansion previously,owners Hubert (CEO of Ed Hardy) and Roxanne Guez sued the star map seller down the street last fall. The star map seller and her customers were accused of scaring potential buyers.

The home is currently listing at $23,900,000, a jump from $23,500,000 last summer. Built by Richard Landry on 1.26 acres, the mansion includes 7 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a theater, an elevator, a spa and gym, and a guesthouse.
