The second house she took me to on the first, and only day that we looked at houses, is the one I bought. It would have been the first house we looked at, but she had set up an earlier appointment at another property that we had to honor. Even though I hadn’t spent an inordinate amount of time with her, or answered a litany of questions about what I was looking for, she seemed to know intuitively what I wanted. Dear Prospective Homebuyer ,
The thought of breaking into the Real Estate market in California for me, a resident of NYC, was a daunting and far fetched idea, until I was referred to the Noel team and Annette Rivezzo. The challenge: Find a full service condo in a prime location that wasn’t a short sale or other problematic purchase … While getting financing as a sole proprietor from out of state. The time frame: 1 week. To make a long story short, Annette made the impossible happen. She even coordinated signing the loan documents en route to LAX in a car. Not only did she push and make sure all the parties involved had their T’s crossed and numbers in order, but she made all the conveniences of names, numbers and contacts for little things like local stores and contractors for help with the renovations. Now, I’m in full renovation mode and can’t wait to have her over for champagne to toast her for making the ultimate challenge.
