Annelise was amazing. Knowledgable and nice but never a pushover, she helped us find and get the place we were looking for and negotiate for a fair deal on a couple of things we thought the former owners needed to fix. I never felt like she had anything but our best home in mind. She wasn't pushy, always helpful and listening to what we looked for. I could not recommend her enough. Annelise is EXCEPTIONAL. A move-in ready house on the west side within a reasonable budget? Challenging, but Annelise nailed it. She was persistent and resourceful in realizing our vision and knew the market cold. Annelise quickly, and instinctively, deduced what was most important to us in a home, and never wasted our time on houses that weren’t a fit. Throughout our lengthy search (nearly 1 year) Annelise remained patient while still vigilant behind the scenes…. intuitively knowing exactly when to ramp up, or when we needed a mental break. She was never pushy but always attentive. Annelise is extremely knowledgeable about the west side, getting us in to see homes before they were even listed, and once we finally got into escrow she worked tirelessly, even during vacation, to meet all deadlines and close. Personally, Annelise is refreshingly authentic and an absolute pleasure to be around. She remained honest and straightforward throughout the entire process.
